Can't find any~
I still feel that this position is more suitable for people with relevant experience. Newcomers who are unfamiliar with the processes and industry can easily fail without guidance~
From being abandoned on the very first day to the very last day XD
I suggest documenting everything when discussing anything with your supervisor—keep written records, emails, or recordings as evidence. The supervisor is very good at managing relationships and has a great relationship with upper management. Even if you try to explain, no one will believe you. I was undermined several times not long after joining~ They have two completely different attitudes toward subordinates and superiors.
Not providing guidance, not correcting you, and not telling you what to do, so that you make mistakes and get publicly criticized, is a common occurrence (I did ask where I needed to improve or strengthen my abilities). Even if you want to do your best at work, there’s no way to XD
