Read the community guidelinesStable working hours, no forced overtime, friendly to newcomers
A low-paying traditional industry; the second-floor environment is poorly ventilated, the provided meals are unappetizing, and employees have no break room and can only rest at their workstations
No advantages at all
In Yongfeng Road, Bade District, Taoyuan City, Xu× Technology has opened a whole bunch of branch offices. The manager of the Finance Department, Zeng××, spends all day invoking the name of being listed or OTC-listed to deceive people left and right—even the boss has been manipulated by him. The company also invested in a water-related business in Japan; despite not understanding Japanese regulations, they put on an act, mishandled Japanese finances, and caused the tax accountants, vendors, and business partners in Japan to no longer want to work with the company. The company has created a whole bunch of fraudulent accounts. Its companies include Tai× Water×, Ri× Water×, Song× Mountain×, Bai× Rong×, and others. Anyone looking for work in Bade District is strongly advised not to go to any of the above companies. Zeng×× from the Finance Department only knows how to push you out to take the fall and claim credit in front of the boss. This sinister woman, nearly 50 years old, wears miniskirts and pretends to be cute all day long; she hides a knife behind her smile, acting one way in front of people and another behind their backs—a truly despicable person. Under no circumstances should you apply to these companies, or you’ll be waiting for death.
The environment is great, and my coworkers are all nice. Since they’ve all been here for a long time, they’re happy to help newcomers.
Be careful of the manager of the management department
A typical parachuted-in outsider
Pretends to understand many things they actually don’t
A control freak + obsessive-compulsive + doesn’t trust subordinates
Really likes to take credit
When they have too much free time, they pick fights with other departments and then throw you under the bus
They’ll make it difficult for you to get along with people in other departments
The lobby environment is quite beautiful, that's about it.
Had to wait a long time in the lobby before someone came downstairs to take me to the meeting room
The position I interviewed for required English and Japanese tests
The interviewer immediately said that the salary was not high—only 25,000—and that it might be difficult to get a raise later
Because the company is preparing to go public, there may be frequent overtime
The only other benefit they could mention was a NT$6,000 Dragon Boat Festival (or was it one of the three major traditional festivals?) bonus
The interviewer could not really describe any other benefits
So it is unclear whether there are any additional benefits
