Pros
The environment is great, and my coworkers are all nice. Since they’ve all been here for a long time, they’re happy to help newcomers.
Cons
Be careful of the manager of the management department
A typical parachuted-in outsider
Pretends to understand many things they actually don’t
A control freak + obsessive-compulsive + doesn’t trust subordinates
Really likes to take credit
When they have too much free time, they pick fights with other departments and then throw you under the bus
They’ll make it difficult for you to get along with people in other departments
