They can even act as substitute station leaders, replacing others whenever they want. They speak extremely sarcastically, often speaking softly and sweetly to the station leader in front of everyone while whispering behind people’s backs, and they push away all responsibility completely.

5. The work is extremely unfair. Some people can simply do processing work easily and comfortably, while others are always assigned to clean up at the station with the heaviest responsibility on the line. They are then criticized for being too slow and failing to meet the required output. When the preceding station on the line makes a mistake, they always say that the station in question was not paying attention.

Software department: annual salary increases of 8–14%. The boss has a good personality, and the workplace atmosphere is friendly.

The boss is getting older, and it’s unclear what direction the company will take in the future.
