1. HR and the line leaders are very talkative and nice; any issues can be brought up for discussion.

2. It is quick and easy to learn, and it is not a production line. There is no lack of work at the assembly station, and overtime is required almost every day.

2. Materials coming in are often not supplied in time, so temporary replenishment is needed to keep the line running. When shipments fail to meet the target, the station has to work excessive overtime until the early hours of the morning.

3. The board/final testing and packaging areas are pretty good; only the assembly station is terrible. Their slogan is: “Attack the person, not the issue.”

4. Some people have special privileges: they can take leave, move heavy items, or make mistakes at work without being subjected to endless difficulties. They can even act as substitute station leaders, replacing others whenever they want. They speak extremely sarcastically, often speaking softly and sweetly to the station leader in front of everyone while whispering behind people’s backs, and they push away all responsibility completely.

5. The work is extremely unfair. Some people can simply do processing work easily and comfortably, while others are always assigned to clean up at the station with the heaviest responsibility on the line. They are then criticized for being too slow and failing to meet the required output. When the preceding station on the line makes a mistake, they always say that the station in question was not paying attention.
