Low pay. The sales commission calculation is extremely ridiculous, and they set up a bunch of rules to deduct performance bonuses. It’s a family-owned business that treats salespeople as disposable.
They want to earn the profits of a brand owner without being willing to invest the costs that a brand owner should bear.
The department manager came from a project management background and completely lacks market knowledge. They are easily offended and often compare the sales volumes of two different products side by side, without even a basic understanding of the need for an apples-to-apples comparison.
The most common thing managers do internally is claim that they are unwell and push all their work onto new hires. However, when the new hire meets their performance targets, the manager can also receive a bonus.
In short, if you work in back-office operations, come here quickly—it’s very easy and comfortable. But if you work in sales or seek continuous personal growth, don’t come here and waste your life.

In a very old rear-office building, they cut the salary during the discussion, did not disclose the year-end bonus, and offered no overtime pay. The company also asked you to decide first whether to accept the offer and when to start work. At the moment I agreed, I repeatedly made it clear that I had rejected offers from other companies in order to take this job. He heard all of this but said nothing, making you think you had been hired and leading you to turn down offers from other companies. In reality, they were still interviewing other candidates, and in the end they claimed that a higher-level manager had decided not to hire me. Frankly, it was really classless. This company was already unprofitable to begin with. At first, I thought a listed company would involve less risk, but I never expected them to operate this way. Be careful when interviewing with this company, and don't take anything too seriously.
