A place full of cruelty and deceit
Low pay and lots of paperwork
Every day is very fulfilling
Lunch needs improvement
There isn’t much work, so you can leave on time.
Close to Kunyang Station.
The work is straightforward.
You have to get up five minutes before the end of your lunch break to clock in early. It’s 2022—what company still requires employees to clock in at noon?
I had only been working as an accounting assistant for three weeks when I suddenly received a notice from the boss saying I was deemed unsuitable for the position.
They didn’t say what made me unsuitable, nor did they point out anything I had done poorly or any attitude problems. They even said the supervisor had passed on the message, but that supervisor conveniently happened to be absent. Just a few days earlier, they had been encouraging me warmly on LINE, only to say a few days later that I wasn’t suitable and then disappear. What excellent judgment.
Start early and finish early, leaving time for your own life. Suitable for those who only want to work 8-hour shifts and not work overtime on other miscellaneous tasks.
The work environment is fairly straightforward.
Overall, the colleagues are nice.
Those who want to improve their EQ are welcome to apply.
Those who can readily accept policies changing from one day to the next are also welcome to apply.
The supervisor (and the company) acts according to their mood, without reasonable grounds or even a consistent standard.
The company is not forthcoming with bonuses, and its salary calculation is not transparent enough.
The company's overall benefits are poor: no company trips, no bonuses for the three major holidays, and no red-envelope bonus at the start of the year (though this is stated on the recruitment website). Those who can accept this are of course welcome to apply.
The company is not generous to employees even when it makes money.
A paper-based work process that is overly particular about trivial details.
Oh, right! Annual leave must be requested at least three days in advance, and people in the same department cannot take it at the same time.
The company offers free freshly ground coffee beans to drink!

Remember:
If you take leave or use your own annual leave, your performance bonus will still be deducted even if you meet your performance targets.
Before the lunch break ends, you must get up five minutes early to clock in (the time clock uses traditional paper cards).
It is a family-owned business, and supervisors act according to their moods.
The company requires more paperwork than the actual responsibilities of the position.
Think carefully.
Leaving work on time
If you can accept people rummaging through your drawers and moving your things, then go ahead.
There is absolutely no privacy and no respect for people!
People with good EQ can make it here; the supervisor is the owner's daughter.
