Very scary. Everyone, think twice before joining.
1. Overtime can only be exchanged for compensatory leave; overtime pay cannot be requested.
2. Work from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. does not count as overtime; only work after 8:00 p.m. can be reported as overtime.
3. It's too frightening. Resigning is the right choice in life.

Inefficient work and endless meetings that never get finished. The supervisor is emotional and once angrily threw a sample board, injuring an employee.

Terrible interview experience. The HR manager was extremely arbitrary and difficult to deal with. I was constantly interrupted during the presentation. I have never encountered such an irritable manager. Other people on InterviewFun have also reported problems with this manager. Anyone considering working here should think twice.
The office is quite nice, but that is its only advantage.
The supervisor is extremely emotional, easily angered, and short-tempered. Employee turnover is high, and overtime is unpaid—you can only exchange it for compensatory leave. Only clocking in after 19:30 counts as overtime, and the benefits are poor as well.
The smoking areas throughout the factory are poorly managed, making it easy to sneak a smoke. With the new clock-in system, you’re considered to have started work as soon as you complete the process on your phone.
A traditional sweatshop; almost all of the coworkers are older, and most have been there for more than ten years. For a newcomer, not being bullied is basically impossible.
There is a huge gap caused by a lack of experienced personnel. After the younger owner took over, all the former supervisors fled.
The remaining operators were forcibly pushed into junior management positions. They have no ability to handle anomalies and only know how to shout loudly. Lacking competence and suffering from inferiority complexes, they habitually ostracize new coworkers.
The imported machines that the owner boasts about are constantly breaking down, and they can’t even get anyone to repair them.
The LINE group notifications are full of quality issues and broken equipment every day. The company’s reputation in the industry is so poor that even outsourced contractors are reluctant to take the jobs.
The boxed lunches are both expensive and terrible.

Very rigid and unable to accept innovation. Extremely bureaucratic—you can only move up by clinging to someone's coattails. Hard work will not bring corresponding rewards!!
