Read the community guidelinesThe company building is quite grand.
The workplace is extremely inconvenient to get to; just commuting to Zhonghe is exhausting.
The interviewer said the job requires lifting around 25 kg, and complained that the young people who came to do it before never lasted long.
Then they only offer 32k.
You move it yourselves.
The general manager and supervisors are all very dedicated to teaching new hires sales techniques. Honestly, every team supervisor puts in a tremendous amount of effort (I often see them so exhausted that they fall asleep instantly in the car).
If you have perseverance, you can learn a lot (it’s tougher than military service, and you’ll be incredibly mentally and physically strong afterward).
Based on my previous experience, it seemed that getting eight days off per month depended on meeting sales targets. New hires previously only had six days off per month, not to mention the annual leave required by the Labor Standards Act (I don’t even dare think about it).
The company team has a good atmosphere, the interview atmosphere was relaxed, and the product is competitive.
There are eight days off per month, but holidays cannot be scheduled off. The working hours are relatively long.
1. Colleagues are quite warm and friendly.
2. You can learn a lot after joining.
3. The products are highly competitive, so there’s no need to worry about customers not buying or about having no sales performance.
1. The working hours are extremely long!
Although working hours follow the opening and closing times of the exhibition venues, you still have to stay after closing for “rehearsals.” You may also eat a meal before the rehearsal, and by the time everything is delayed and taken care of, two hours have passed. In addition, because you have to travel to various exhibition venues, if you live in New Taipei City, it often takes more than 20 minutes just to ride a scooter there, making the round trip anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes. If you live somewhere more remote, your commuting time will be even longer! I calculated it myself: I leave home at 7:30 a.m. and don’t get back until 7:40 p.m.!
2. You still have to write a reflection report after getting home.
By the time you get home, you’re already exhausted and have no energy left, only wanting to collapse on the sofa. You still have to research the products and spend your mental energy, time, and effort writing the report. After deducting eight hours of sleep, only about four hours remain to spend with your family. If you spend about another hour writing the report, there’s hardly any time left for yourself...
Conclusion: If you’re willing to devote a great deal of time to the company and can hold up during the early stages, feel free to come and take on the challenge.
The office environment and facilities are excellent. The interviewer was very kind and easy to talk to. Based on the interactions among the other employees, the work atmosphere seems to be pretty good.
There are eight days off per month, but regular holidays cannot be scheduled as days off. There is performance pressure, and the working hours are relatively long. The company location is somewhat inconvenient (not recommended for people without a vehicle).
There is a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues.
If your performance is poor, you are treated as worthless.
