Read the community guidelinesThe questions about the job were answered in great detail, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant.
Overall, the interview process was somewhat disorganized. At the beginning, I was given an incomplete test, and no one told me that I had to hand it to the front desk after finishing it to receive the next one. They only came in later to give me another test.
After the interview with the supervisor, I was told that HR would be called. I waited for a long time, but no one came. Eventually, I couldn't stand waiting and wanted to leave, but I couldn't get out on my own. I asked another employee to help open the door, and only then did someone go find HR. HR said that the supervisor hadn't told them. They also never explained the position or compensation, and simply asked me to leave.
There is only one interview round.
The salary promised by the supervisor is one thing, but the final salary offer is another! The way the salary is structured sacrifices employees’ labor pension contributions—there are many pitfalls! HR had a very poor attitude when discussing the salary, and the company did not clearly explain its compensation and benefits, even telling applicants to look them up online themselves. They did not clearly state that there was no three-festival bonus either. There are too many traps, so be careful!

The testing procedures cannot be shortened through manpower.
The procedures are complicated and time-consuming.
The tests still have to be conducted once a week, with reports written and meetings held to report on them.
Once they see that you have adapted somewhat, they assign you a different test.
If you cannot finish the workload during working hours and cannot handle it, they say you lack ability and threaten to fire you.
The supervisor, meanwhile, watches videos and handles personal matters during work hours, disappearing for the entire afternoon.
Everyone in the department is unhappy with that supervisor.
