The starting salary for graduates of national universities is under 40,000. The boss often holds company-wide meetings that are long-winded and full of empty talk, and even requires employees to participate in activities for his private foundation outside working hours. The work is chaotic and lacks planning. As an agent, the company needs to host representatives from the original manufacturer in Taiwan each year to conduct training courses, but the boss forcibly takes up course time to promote ARTC concepts unrelated to the course. This wastes clients’ time and is extremely awkward. Unless you are truly short of money, I strongly recommend not even applying for an interview at this company.
1. Easygoing work until retirement
2. Administrative positions usually leave work on time
1. Internal management is divided among three competing factions, and the systems vary chaotically from department to department. If you're unlucky enough to join an understaffed department, you'll be responsible for the entire workflow from start to finish, and you won't see any future development for the company.
2. Managers are skilled at drawing grandiose promises in the air, letting you see but never attain them. Everything they promise is just empty talk and nonsense.
3. They have extremely little respect for expertise and only trust their own experience. Even though they have a limited understanding of the technical feasibility of the relevant industries, they often come up with unrealistic ideas.
4. They don't respect employees' opinions and make you take responsibility for work that wasn't part of the duties agreed upon when you were hired. Because you can do it, they see no need to hire someone else to fill in the responsibilities that weren't discussed at the time of hiring.
5. The work often ends up being pointless busywork and is basically a waste of time. They will even dig up things that were already discussed, finalized, and had no issues in execution, and make you redo them.
