In fact, what counts as a drawback depends on the individual. If someone cannot endure hardship, cannot take responsibility, or does not have good English skills, they will naturally complain about the company.
Therefore, drawbacks depend on how each person sees things.

As mentioned by the people in the previous statements, employees with poor internal capabilities who complain are more likely to affect colleagues who want to advance. Simply put, if the company has 80 employees and only 2–3 people come here to make unfounded complaints, that also means that more than 99% of the people who identify with the company remain.

Regarding the drawbacks…
Since I have already left the company, I took a brief look at this website. Around 90% of the people mostly complain about their former companies, and the content on this website rarely says anything positive. I am young too, but I believe that many things have two sides. So I will try to think about this positively. I hope everyone can be more objective when criticizing companies.
Regarding the harsh criticism in the previous comment about this manager, I do not think it is entirely fair. Although I did not work with this manager frequently, whenever I asked for help, he would assist me whenever he had time. He is a warm-hearted manager who likes to help others. He also created many business opportunities for the company—this can actually be verified by asking people inside the company. I believe the person who left that comment probably complained so much because they lacked the ability to perform. If you truly have the ability, you should be like this manager and invent an automatically calibrating machine. Moreover, I heard that this machine is currently generating strong positive ripple effects and receiving good feedback at TSMC. Truly, public opinion can be frightening. If the person who made the comment really has the ability, they should not have simply resigned like that; they should have made good use of their talents and worked hard for their own future. I hope everyone who reads the comment can think about how difficult it is for a company to survive in the industry, and how much effort it takes to cultivate people who contribute to the company, rather than posting comments like this and influencing public opinion, causing people who do not understand the actual situation to believe that things are really this way. Let us all encourage one another.
The company offers benefits like those of a foreign corporation, such as three days of welfare leave after six months and flexible start times within a 15-minute window.
The company operates with an extreme lack of principles, making it hard to imagine that it has been in business for 34 years. Moreover, the company’s owner heavily relies on a manager who is a cancer within the company. This person constantly bullies colleagues, and the entire company, including the owner, is aware of it yet allows this person to continue, leaving them free to act with impunity. Recently, this person also insulted a female colleague by calling her a “dead civil servant.” After learning that the female colleague had cried, this person said that at next week’s meeting, they would also wear a skirt and cry like a dead civil servant.
This person’s reputation was already notorious at AnX Pa and PuX Neng Enterprise, but for some reason, they seem to thrive at this company. They also use dating apps during work hours and take selfies with the company’s background visible.
For southern Taiwan, the salary and benefits are good. University graduates earn NT$36,000.
The inside sales position is manageable. The sales and technician positions require some consideration. They require boundless energy and determination.

You could consider an inside position, but think twice about an outside position. There is absolutely no one to train you, and once the time comes, new hires are expected to go straight into action.
They’re very short-staffed, so it’s easy to get hired; if you can’t find a job, you could consider it.
They make big promises during the interview, but once you join, you’ll find it’s completely different.
There aren't really any advantages.
Very disappointing, extremely disappointing. They expect you to teach yourself how to use equipment costing tens of thousands without proper training, and then say you'll have to pay if you break it.

Those with licenses for radiology equipment maintenance don't dare handle the work and push it all onto newcomers, regardless of whether they are capable. The person in charge will even run off halfway through the job.
