Interview for an international sales position
- If you pass the first-round interview, HR will thoroughly confirm the potential challenges the position may pose for the candidate and ask whether they can overcome them. The second round requires preparing a PPT and presenting it to the department managers. It’s a bit stressful...
- The company is in an old building, and the environment is very ordinary
- When the sales manager came in, he was holding an iPad. I saw him playing a game..... I was a little speechless

Speaking from personal experience, I urge you: devote your precious youth and your drive to strive for excellence to places more deserving of them. That is all I have to say.
For everyone else working hard in the workplace, I offer this as a reference.

Full
Interview experience:
Basically, you fill out some information and take a very simple logic test. However, the information you provide must include two references.
After that, you will first interview with a junior manager. If the junior manager thinks you are okay, they will ask the senior manager to join (the manager of the department and the HR manager).
The interview takes about two hours, and the questions asked by the senior managers are very practical.
[For example: “Give me three reasons why the company should hire you.”]
Overall, this is a publicly listed company, and the bonuses and year-end bonus sound good. Unfortunately, the offered monthly salary is not very high. I have some experience, but there are very few opportunities for that. It is really suitable for fresh graduates entering the workforce. Overtime is paid.
