HR said that because the HR position had not yet been posted, they used the content of another legal position to proactively invite me to talk by phone first. However, they did not call at the agreed time and later said they wanted to reschedule.
The second time, they again did not call at the agreed time. When I called the company, a colleague said that the contact person was not at their desk and did not know what had happened.
Afterward, they contacted me again through 104 to reschedule. After I replied with the times when I was available to talk, I never received another reply.
They also did not call at the time stated in their final reply....
What on earth is going on with this company??? They stood me up three times in a row. Luckily, it was not an actual interview appointment. They really wasted someone else’s time...
1. Most colleagues are nice, but it is difficult to retain talented people.
2. For an engineering position, it is suitable as a first or second job and a good place to build up your skills. However, once you reach a certain level, it is difficult to continue improving, and there are no people of a comparable level to exchange ideas with.
3. The number of annual leave days is one or two days above the average for other companies.
1. The performance evaluation system cannot truly identify who is doing the work. There is only evaluation by supervisors, with no peer evaluations.
2. Employees are not laid off arbitrarily. The advantage is that people can slack off; the disadvantage is that some people do.
3. Do not expect much from company trips, and do not set your expectations for any benefits too high.
4. You must clock in before 9:00. Being one minute late counts as tardiness, and you have to use your own leave to cover it (are extra leave days meant to be reserved for being late?!).
5. Communication among management is problematic, making it difficult for those below to work smoothly.
6. This is not a company that can accommodate major changes over an extended period of time—for example, in technology, spaghetti code, or salaries.
The work environment is very fun, and colleagues are easy to get along with.
When it comes to salary increases, HR will technically find a way to prevent you from getting one, regardless of how good your performance is.

Managers will find ways to avoid paying overtime.
The salary is low, and requests for raises will be technically avoided.
The longer you stay, the more you earn; newcomers, don't get your hopes up.
Overtime is the norm.
Departments undermine one another.
The overweight manager is the ultimate cost-cutting tyrant.
Most colleagues are easy to get along with
The atmosphere at work is relaxed
Be especially careful around a certain overweight female colleague and an overweight male manager
They are accustomed to stepping on others to climb the ladder
Moreover, although their abilities are ordinary, they always think they are very impressive
This workplace is not very suitable for people who do not know how to manage upward
If you like flattering managers, this is a suitable place for you
Additionally, the salary is relatively low; it all gets taken by the managers
