The boss and certain on-site supervisors may arbitrarily transfer people between units. They often try to undermine others and recklessly file negative reports.....They hand out disciplinary records at will......

Endless overtime, with no compensatory leave and no overtime pay
The salary looks fairly decent, but once you see the number of overtime hours, you’ll feel that it’s not okay!
Management is extremely disrespectful of people

Can't feel any advantages
They don't respect interviewees at all. You apply for position A, but they ask you to do position B~ No wonder the job posting is always up, waiting to toy with applicants.
The assistant position in Tainan has been endlessly recruiting for the same job for years (which proves it’s a terrible job). After asking classmates, I learned that it’s basically a company that doesn’t respect people. Just seeing the interviewing supervisor’s attitude during the interview was enough to put me off. After working there for only a few days, I resolved never to see them again. Fortunately, I asked friends around me before applying and didn’t submit an application.
