Pros
Easy to get hired; willing to give people without experience an opportunity to learn
Cons
1. The boss usually decides whether to hire you in less than ten minutes during the interview. Turnover is extremely high, and many people are only using it as a stepping stone.
2. There is no salary adjustment mechanism.
