Read the community guidelinesAlthough I was not hired after the interview, the interviewer provided guidance on my career direction and programming language resources. They also pointed out my current strengths and weaknesses and provided avenues for short- and long-term improvement, so that I would not end up aimlessly looking for jobs that do not match my expertise.
No one was at the front desk to answer the door.
Absolutely no advantages—extremely terrible, extremely terrible!!!!!
The company’s HR department proactively arranged an interview appointment, but I happened to have something to attend to that day and could not go. I informed them one day in advance that I could not attend the interview because the timing was not suitable, yet Kang Da actually reported me to 104 for missing the appointment. The key point is that the appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m., and the time had not even passed 2:00 p.m.—how could this be considered a no-show? I had indeed informed them in advance, but was still reported. I later called 104 customer service to resolve the issue and have the no-show report canceled.
I suggest that everyone avoid wasting their time. You can inexplicably be reported even before attending an interview, so it is easy to imagine how limited the benefits for employees inside must be. A company like this is not worth wasting your time on.
Extremely serious drawbacks!!!!!!!!!!
There are absolutely no advantages. They can inexplicably report interviewees and show them very little respect. Do not go, under any circumstances.
1. The interviewer will enthusiastically explain everything related to the job.
2. Very close to the MRT.
1. Job applicants may be locked outside and must call someone to come out and escort them in, but the call may not go through, leaving them to wait for a passerby to notify someone.
2. Job applicants can only stay in the meeting room outside and cannot enter to view the internal environment.
3. You need to work with a wide variety of technologies (Web Forms + VB.NET + .NET MVC + Java + HTML5 ...).
4. They will attempt to push down the salary during the interview process.
Position: Software Engineer
Interviewer: Technical Director
The test also included answering questions and explaining concepts on the spot.
If working under the Technical Director,
you should be able to learn quite a lot.
The compensation is not high, and there seems to be a ceiling when negotiating salary.

While I was sick and taking leave at home, I still received a call from a colleague asking when I would be going to work. Calling and harassing an employee who has already taken sick leave is questionable. There is no overtime pay for working on holidays. On weekdays, even when working overtime until after 1 a.m., they still tell you that the company is great and that you can come to work in the afternoon, while not counting it as overtime or paying overtime. I do not recommend working for a company like this.
