Pros
Although I was not hired after the interview, the interviewer provided guidance on my career direction and programming language resources. They also pointed out my current strengths and weaknesses and provided avenues for short- and long-term improvement, so that I would not end up aimlessly looking for jobs that do not match my expertise.
Cons
No one was at the front desk to answer the door.
