Each department takes turns every month hand-washing the company vehicles or taking them to a gas station for a car wash.
If you make one mistake or someone singles you out, you can easily be asked to leave.
The turnover rate is extremely high. In the same department, 5–6 people can leave and be replaced within half a year. Aside from the supervisor, the longest-serving employee has only been there for two years, because if upper management dislikes you, they may want to replace you.
The boss can see any email sent from the company email account.
There is no overtime pay; compensatory time off is mandatory.
Your time after work is very flexible! You won't have to work even after hours!
It is recommended that only people with relevant industry experience join!
