Everyone at the company is quite easygoing and friendly to work with.
It is uncommon to receive messages from supervisors or the company after work that require a reply.
It is fine to simply do the work you are responsible for.
The company provides lunch free of charge.
The office environment must be cleaned 1–3 days every week (during working hours).
Each department takes turns every month hand-washing the company vehicles or taking them to a gas station for a car wash.
If you make one mistake or someone singles you out, you can easily be asked to leave.
The turnover rate is extremely high. In the same department, 5–6 people can leave and be replaced within half a year. Aside from the supervisor, the longest-serving employee has only been there for two years, because if upper management dislikes you, they may want to replace you.
The boss can see any email sent from the company email account.
There is no overtime pay; compensatory time off is mandatory.
