The internal employees all have an inflated sense of themselves and believe that no company outside is better than theirs... There are simply too many drawbacks to list; all I can say is that I deeply regretted joining after I got in!
The office culture is quite traditional, and the work is governed by a considerable number of rules and procedures. It is very suitable for honest people who like to follow the rules. I interviewed for a parking lot management position in Taipei City's Xinyi District. The head office is in southern Taiwan and required a video interview. When the HR specialist called, they did not even know the applicant's name, which raises serious concerns about their professionalism.
After confirming things during the first phone call, the HR specialist added the applicant on LINE but did not arrange a specific interview time. Some time later, their first message was a direct request to interview 10 minutes later; however, three minutes afterward, they called again to pressure the applicant. I have never encountered such unprofessional conduct. There must be problems at the management level. It may also indicate that the position has a high turnover rate and that they are desperate to hire someone, rushing an unsuitable candidate into the role.
