Salaries are paid on time

The salary is too low, and the office workload is extremely heavy (the gas station staff working on-site have it even tougher and also have to double as car-wash attendants). On top of that, supervisors take advantage of their positions to ask you to do personal errands for them. There is a great deal of infighting in the office, and you also have to work shifts at the gas station as a part-time employee. Everyone there is a long-serving employee, making it extremely difficult for newcomers to communicate with them. The internal employees all have an inflated sense of themselves and believe that no company outside is better than theirs... There are simply too many drawbacks to list; all I can say is that I deeply regretted joining after I got in!
