Pros

People who lack ability but know how to deal with the boss can slack off and coast.

People with attractive looks make the boss happy when he sees them, and he will even find excuses to come over and chat. It doesn’t matter even if they make mistakes.

If you have neither ability nor attractive looks, you can get by as long as you obediently do what the boss says.

Cons

Capable people have no platform to demonstrate their abilities, while those without ability have to rely on their looks.

The boss does not like people with ideas and brains.

The workplace is divided into numerous factions, and people enjoy scheming against one another (especially the smiling-but-devious female secretary and the female senior design manager).

Long-term employees occupy the cushy positions and bully capable newcomers.

No two-day weekends.

Labor laws are not followed.

The source of all the chaos—the boss (hypocritical and concerned with appearances toward outsiders, harsh toward employees internally).

Pros

You can learn additional skills, such as general labor, gardening, plumbing and electrical work, cleaning, road construction, elderly care, working at a funeral home, serving as a temple caretaker, and so on. Doing one job gets you the skills of nearly ten jobs—it’s an incredible deal.

Cons

There isn’t even a place to put your helmet.

The boss is happy to see people with attractive faces and will even find excuses to come over and chat with them. It doesn't matter even if they make mistakes.

Capable people have no opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, while incapable people are judged by their looks.

The boss dislikes people who have ideas and brains.

Pros

You don't need any lofty ideals; you really can kiss up here for a while.

Cons

1. CEO Mr. Chang is indeed quite self-centered! He loves giving long-winded speeches full of things that have no real substance.

2. They purchase design drafts and then claim externally that they were designed by their company.

3. Even before a long weekend, they make things feel like a military departure briefing speech.

4. To avoid paying severance when getting rid of employees the CEO dislikes, the CEO will find reasons to make you resign voluntarily—for example, demanding a million-dollar compensation from you on the grounds that a font error in a deliverable damaged the company's reputation.

Pros

There are animals in the office!

Cons

A certain CEO is quite self-important, as if they worship themselves like a god. No matter when, where, or what the matter is, only their ideas are right. If you do not comply with their wishes, they will say your way of thinking is incorrect.

They exploit employees, believing that paying them makes them the boss, with no distinction between public and private matters.

A factory with integrity issues.

For those who want to take on the challenge, it is best to be a beautiful woman—you basically get cheat codes. If you are a man, good luck.

Pros

Friendly colleagues, cute animals

Cons

The environment is very poor; the factory occasionally discharges unidentified wastewater, and the entire building smells of plastic.

Although the company often says it wants to establish standardized systems, when something actually happens, cases are ultimately handled individually based on the boss’s mood, or special exceptions are made for particular individuals.

A vertically integrated factory with ethical issues.

The boss has particular views on developing different departments; if you are not in the factory department, you need to have very strong stress tolerance.

There is no regard for the Labor Standards Act.

Pros

It seems like there are pets in the office.

Those who love pets may consider it.

However, those with allergies should think twice.

Cons

There are no systems in place, the boss is emotional, and it does not comply with the Labor Standards Act!

Pros

1. Friendly colleagues

2. Friendly colleagues

3. Still, friendly colleagues

Cons

1. The salary is divided into various bonus categories, resulting in a low base salary. The allocated bonuses are often deducted under various pretexts. For example, in addition to deductions for being late in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, additional fees are charged, and deductions are also made from the bonuses.

2. Taking annual leave results in deductions. Only one day of annual leave may be taken per month. The internal policy allows three days, but taking more results in deductions, and taking annual leave is also restricted during certain months.

3. One day of sick leave and one day of personal leave are allowed per month; further leave results in deductions.

4. Sometimes it is necessary to help out at or clean the temple operated by the company.

5. There are many miscellaneous tasks.

6. During working hours, mobile phones must be collected and placed at a designated fixed location; they may not be kept with you.
