People without ability but who know how to deal with the boss can slack off and coast.
The boss is happy to see people with attractive faces and will even find excuses to come over and chat with them. It doesn't matter even if they make mistakes.
If you have neither ability nor looks, you can get by as long as you obediently follow the boss's orders.
Capable people have no opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, while incapable people are judged by their looks.
The boss dislikes people who have ideas and brains.
There are rival factions everywhere, and people enjoy scheming against one another (especially the smiling-but-devious female secretary and the female senior design manager).
Long-serving employees occupy desirable positions and bully capable newcomers.
There are no two consecutive days off each week.
Labor laws are not observed.
The source of all the chaos—the boss (hypocritical and concerned with appearances toward outsiders, but harsh toward employees internally).
