The work is responsibility-based, the workload is heavy, the toilets are not very clean, and there may be overtime on holidays (overtime on weekdays is the norm, and occasionally it can run very late).

The job description provided by HR may sometimes differ from the actual work. If you want to understand the job responsibilities, I recommend asking more detailed questions during the interview with your direct supervisor.
Responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay. Supervisors only think about how to control employees, and turnover is high. Those considering going there should think twice!!
