Pros
Colleagues get along well.
Cons
The work is responsibility-based, the workload is heavy, the toilets are not very clean, and there may be overtime on holidays (overtime on weekdays is the norm, and occasionally it can run very late).
The work pace is fast. Although there are busy and slow seasons, the actual situation still depends on luck.
