Pros

If there’s work you don’t know how to do, your supervisor doesn’t know how to do it either. As long as you don’t get involved, there’s no pressure.

Cons

Most people just run their mouths. This is especially true of those managing the office, who are outsiders when it comes to the essential skills. They either hide away or do things unrelated to the production line, pretending to be busy.

Pros

Labor Standards Act, decent pay, and the boss gives bonuses when the company is making money.

Cons

“Constantly” “constantly” laying people off. They ask you to leave that very day. Even supervisors who have been there for more than ten years are told to leave on the same day. Do you think there’s a reason? There really isn’t. KPIs don’t matter, and they don’t care whether you hand over your work. What they want is infighting. So don’t come to this company under any circumstances, because the people who stay are the ones who suffer. The workload from three previous jobs ends up on you. The engineering department’s top manager is a novice who doesn’t understand anything—it’s truly awful.

And then they try to control everything and keep laying people off, so consider yourself warned.

Pros

At Dong Ge, nothing is impossible.

An electrician can become a manager.

A "Pulong" hull expert can become a general manager.

Customer service staff can call themselves designers.

Everyone is welcome to come and discover their unlimited potential.

BTW, the four months of year-end bonus means four months of base salary. If you mess up, it may all be deducted.
