Family business
The management team consists entirely of family members
People with no ability, poor emotional intelligence, and no principles in their work are nevertheless managers
They throw their weight around and bully subordinates all day long
I don't know.
I once went for an interview, and the HR representative was extremely arrogant. I don't know what they were acting so smug about.
They had an air of superiority and looked down on people, as if they couldn't be bothered to deal with them. It's just as well not to join this kind of company! Even the interview was a waste of time!

Workplace bullying is very serious, and the turnover rate among new employees is very high.
As soon as I started, I saw a new employee who had joined two or three months before me being spoken to harshly.
When the new employee made a mistake, one woman even cursed at her and made personal attacks.
They deliberately mocked her in the auxiliary control room,
causing her to seek psychiatric care.
They themselves also admitted that the turnover rate among new employees is high.
Does management know how serious the workplace bullying is?
Leaving work on time
Production execution
Starting salary during the probationary period: 25,000
Increased to 27,000 after three months
The bonuses for the three major holidays are also poor
There is no prospect of a raise in sight
I really worked there; this is an honest review.
1. The supervisor yells at and verbally abuses employees they are dissatisfied with, using many humiliating words. Those who value a positive workplace atmosphere may not find this suitable.
2. The company does not proactively provide employees with salary statements; you have to apply for one yourself. However, most people do not (or do not dare to?) apply. Is there something that cannot be shown to others?
3. Personally, I feel the workload is very heavy, but the supervisor keeps emphasizing that the work is very easy.
4. In my personal opinion, the photographers here are very difficult to coordinate with.
5. They are still willing to pay the salary, so ask for whatever you can.
