Pros

No, not at all.

Cons

There are so many drawbacks. They can delay your pay so long that you start questioning your life.

Even after using this method to force people to quit, there’s no guarantee they’ll pay the full amount owed.

The entire company consists only of the boss and his father as men; everyone else is female. What’s the point??

Debt collectors even come to the company looking for the boss while everyone is at work.

The whole company is made up of women~~~~~~~~~~

The funny thing is, he doesn’t even pay employees’ salaries properly, yet he’ll repay debts??

Those stupid debt collectors and loan sharks—if they can’t collect, that’s just what they deserve~~~~

They lent money to someone who’s very good at dragging things out.

After all, he claims to have connections with both the underworld and the legitimate world, so he’s not afraid of anything~~~~~

Cons

1. It was agreed that salaries would be paid on the 10th of each month, but the delays have grown longer and longer. There have been cases where employees still had not received their salaries after three months.

2. When asked when the overdue salaries would be paid, employees were told to produce results first. This method is also used to pressure employees the company does not like into resigning voluntarily.

3. Holidays are not observed according to national holidays, and double pay is not provided.

4. The number of statutory annual leave days required by the Labor Standards Act is not provided; the company's annual leave allowance is far below the legal requirement.

5. There are no employee trips, bonuses for the three major holidays, meal subsidies, year-end bonuses, or year-end parties.
