1. Based on the premise of placing the right person in the right position, the interviewer often suggested during the interview that I take on other, more suitable roles according to my personal traits and abilities. However, they did not sufficiently consider my feelings, which made me feel that the company’s approach had some flaws that should be improved.
2. Throughout the interview Q&A, the interviewer always spoke from the company’s standpoint. From my perspective as the interviewee, this seemed subjective. On the other hand, it also demonstrated the interviewer’s loyalty to the company, indicating that employees are still willing to contribute to it. It is still worth my considering further.
The company’s interior decoration feels grand.
1. A very “excellent” interviewer. Even though I applied for an engineering position and my personal experience is all listed as engineering work, they insisted on portraying my experience as assistant-engineer work, looking down on me from the start to push down the salary.
2. They kept speaking up for the current company, saying things like “You didn’t communicate properly with your supervisor!” and “I don’t think the transportation issue you mentioned is that bad!” It left me utterly baffled—was the position posted just for fun?

The HR uncle seems to have invited people from far away just for a casual chat.
He first says you may not be suitable for position A, then talks about positions B, C, and D.
It seems there are quite a few openings, or perhaps he has no clear direction and cannot fill the positions, so he is just taking random shots.
