Pros

In the first stage, the interviewer was fairly approachable, and the explanations were quite thorough.

They also showed considerable respect for the interviewee.

Cons

In the second-stage interview, I really don’t understand what the HR manager was acting so arrogant about. They had an extremely disdainful attitude. If this is how they treat interviewees, I think I’ll pass.

Pros

Looks pretty good on the surface

Cons

The old guard refuses to relinquish control and has to manage every little thing. The junior staff, meanwhile, each do things their own way, so the company is like a family-run business.

It is completely disorganized.

All they do is pressure us to meet targets, without providing any support whatsoever.

Cons

1. The interview time was arranged by the interviewer and scheduled for 2:00 p.m. I arrived at the counter at around 1:55 p.m. to wait. When I arrived, I asked a colleague and told them that I had an appointment for 2:00 p.m. that afternoon. The colleague replied that I should contact the interviewer myself.

2. By 2:10 p.m., the interviewer still had not arrived. When I raised this with the colleague, they said that the interviewer (who was also the supervisor) had to come from Tainan, so I needed to wait for her.

I completely cannot understand why I needed to waste my time waiting.

3. The interview finally began at around 2:15 p.m. The interviewer arrived very late and did not seem apologetic at all!

4. The interview invitation was sent to me by the company. I agreed to the interview because I wanted to learn more about the company, yet the interviewer asked why I wanted to come for an interview. (I felt that the interviewer had not prepared at all beforehand.)

5. If you take annual leave, your commission bonus will be deducted (I have never heard of such a rule in my life).

6. Think carefully before attending the interview.

Pros

The company is not large and is not competitive.

Cons

There is no promotion system, and even good performance reviews do not result in a raise. The pay is stagnant, so don't expect any rewards for contributing to the company.

Pros

Just get the tasks that need to be done finished, and your supervisor will hardly bother you.

Cons

1. The age range at the head office is relatively high, making communication extremely difficult.

Traditional views are deeply ingrained; they live as if they were still in the past.

2. Some colleagues at the head office love gossip and pass the buck when problems arise.

They always say, “I don’t know.”

3. A very ungenerous company.

4. A job suitable for coasting toward retirement.

5. Supervisors dump tasks on subordinates and browse the news online themselves.

6. There are major gaps between departments, and they push responsibility onto one another whenever something goes wrong.

7. Employee benefits are granted according to the moods of upper management (year-end bonuses and holiday bonuses).

8. Food that is close to expiring often appears in the pantry.

9. Some supervisors act as if they are above everyone else and put on airs. What are they so arrogant about?

10. Colleagues are not good at helping people in their own department.

For example, when something needs to be moved, everyone pretends to be busy or pretends not to notice.

Pros

None whatsoever!!!!

Cons

An absolutely terrible company!

They invited me to an interview through 104, then changed the time 30 minutes before the interview on the day of the appointment. When I arrived, the interview was being held at a McDonald’s in a department store ==

Only then did I find out that they had also scheduled another interviewee.

They asked me to fill out the company’s personnel information form first. After waiting more than 20 minutes past the scheduled time, I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I asked the interviewer, who was old enough to be my aunt, how much longer it would take.

Later, I made it clear that I no longer wanted to interview, and they actually tore up the personnel information I had written down right in front of me!!!!

They failed to keep the agreed-upon time and even held the interview at McDonald’s. With such an outrageous attitude, it’s no wonder the quality of this company is nothing to write home about!

I called the company to report what happened, but the people there sounded quite old and showed no intention of handling the matter!

With a base salary of NT$25,250, they still treat people this way. No wonder they can’t find anyone.

I will absolutely never buy anything from this company for the rest of my life!

If this is the quality of their employees,

I really don’t dare imagine how good the products they sell could be.

I’m helping everyone avoid this pitfall! Seriously, don’t come here!!

Pros

1. “Full of human warmth” — Even if you’re terrible at your job, you don’t have to worry, because your supervisor will ask other colleagues to “help” you finish it! If you want to be useless until retirement, this is the best workplace for you!

2. “Beautiful interior design” — There is relatively modern décor, plants that never get sunlight, and a large fish tank where the small fish are always eaten by the big fish.

3. “Friendly office environment” — The pantry has a coffee machine and tea bags, an increasingly limited selection of snacks, and even alcohol provided in the restroom.

Cons

1. “Bad money drives out good” — If you are conscientious, responsible, and ambitious, congratulations! You’ll have to help your “I’m just useless” colleagues deal with the pile of crappy work they haven’t finished! Meanwhile, you’ll watch those “I’m just useless” colleagues continue happily surviving even as their incompetence shines brightly!

2. “Flat organization” — Don’t expect that doing more, having talent, or having ideas will gradually help you climb into a good position. The organizational structure here is simply left as it is, with many “I’m just useless” colleagues stuck there, being useless. If you want to tough it out until you reach a good position and then leave, don’t get your hopes up—you’ll only be treated like toilet paper to help wipe someone else’s ass.

3. “Super change-changes” — The policy may be A today, but change to B the next day because different departments interpret it differently. In any case, the children who make the most noise get the candy; whoever is best at arguing and pushing will have the final say!

Pros

You can observe the boss's working style up close, as well as the astonishing management style—both top-down and bottom-up—of a family business. If you want to broaden your horizons, it might be worth considering.

Cons

The boss hires and uses people based on personal preferences. As long as the boss doesn't like you, no matter how hard you work, it won't make any difference, so don't expect a raise. However, employees the boss likes all get raises~~~

Basically, department heads and unit supervisors are there in name only, because if the boss is unhappy, they will directly scold you, and if the boss thinks a task is yours, they will tell you to do it. Don't even think about communicating with the boss, because they are stuck in the era when Taiwan's economy was taking off. They will bring up the same old incident (a bad one) tens of thousands of times, yet fail to see the real problems right in front of them.

Then there's the biggest problem with this company: it does not respect its employees or offer even the most basic level of trust. If you feel wronged here, leave as soon as your time is up. The boss doesn't care about the turnover rate anyway. The boss only wants employees who will laugh along with them and blindly follow their orders, so if you have your own ideas, this is not a suitable place for you!

Cons

The HR manager (a chubby woman) did not have a very good attitude during the interview. The brand is nothing special, yet she acted as if it were amazing, and her questioning techniques were also very strange. After interviewing with her, you won't want to join this company at all!
