Read the community guidelinesThere are almost no advantages.
Outdoor parking spaces expose cars to the sun, which is very damaging.
The salary is also low; considering this point alone, I wouldn't consider it.
The interview felt humiliating.
The interviewer gave me the impression that they thought they were doing me a huge favor by recruiting.
If the salary were like TSMC's, they could perhaps afford to have this attitude.
Unfortunately, the salary and benefits for the same position are much lower.
An engineer's salary ceiling is NT$38,000?
They might as well change the job title to temporary worker.

Just reporting this:
The same job at other companies pays around 45,000.
The compensation offered during the interview was far below the market rate,
which also reflected a lack of regard for technical positions.
The HR department's arrogant attitude left much to be desired.
I was later offered 50,000, with better benefits and a higher year-end bonus than this.
The location is remote.
There is a significant discrepancy between the salary listed on 104 and what was discussed during the interview. Compared with other companies for the same position, this company’s salary is much lower. The benefits are not very good. Is the salary above the industry average? Does “industry average” mean the minimum wage or part-time work? That’s laughable.
Couldn't find any.
I only went for an interview, but I don't know what the interviewer was acting so smug about. Then they asked what I do. Since I didn't have experience in this field, they spoke very rudely and put me down. The whole process ended in less than five minutes, and I was told to wait for notification! It felt like I had been called in just to be berated. The job posting has been on 104 for several months and is still there; if it were a good position, it would have been taken down long ago. Could the turnover rate be very high? They acted so high and mighty during the interview that they might not respect people after hiring them either.
An infuriating interview experience. This company invited me to interview for an engineering position. My expected salary was 40K, but they said they couldn’t offer that much. The salary posted did not match reality. During the conversation, they began criticizing me, making it feel like I had been called in to be reprimanded. It was extremely disrespectful. Even if there is a job opening, there is no need to treat job seekers this way. Not long afterward, I received offers from two companies at 43K and one at 45K, all of them publicly listed companies.
Very disrespectful. Compared with R&D positions in other industries, the professional expertise and skills gained from this job offer limited long-term development and no prospects. Simply put, it is trading time for money. This work experience and skill set would not help when trying to move to a publicly listed or OTC-listed company, the tech industry, or a foreign company.

I felt very disrespected during the interview
It was uncomfortable, like an interrogation
Repulsive and unpleasant

During the interview, they complained about everything and were very unfriendly. They said we couldn’t offer the salary posted on the job bank, but then the salary should have been listed lower. It did not match the advertised salary and wasted other people’s time.

One of the female interviewers said that she had designed their catalog, and claimed that it was highly attractive and had a strong sense of quality—so much so that people would want to pick it up and flip through it while sitting in a café. She pointed to a very low-resolution maple leaf image as evidence of the catalog’s quality, which was completely unconvincing and made me somewhat question the interviewer’s aesthetic sensibility and credibility.
