Just reporting this:

The same job at other companies pays around 45,000.

The compensation offered during the interview was far below the market rate,

which also reflected a lack of regard for technical positions.

The HR department's arrogant attitude left much to be desired.

I was later offered 50,000, with better benefits and a higher year-end bonus than this.
