Pros

1. After becoming a permanent employee, you can apply for a company benefit product (the company’s own-brand skincare products) once every two months.

2. Overtime pay is available upon application (but you have to submit an application form and obtain your supervisor’s approval first).

3. The company has an underground parking lot that employees can use.

Cons

1. During the interview, they will tell you that the company’s turnover rate is very low. In reality, the company has many long-serving employees who have been there for several years but have a work attitude like people waiting to retire.

2. The workload is unevenly distributed among the company’s departments. Some departments are very idle despite having quite a few employees, so people spend much of their working time scrolling on their phones and waiting to get off work.

However, some departments have an extremely heavy workload but few employees, leaving everyone overburdened.

3. Many veteran employees are inefficient, resistant to change, and very particular about various details. You need to watch their moods or clean up after them.

4. The company’s procedures are cumbersome. Although there appear to be SOPs, many situations are actually exceptions, so a lot of time is often wasted going through the procedures.

5. Many relatives of managers work at the company, so you often have to be careful not to offend them.

They can also speak more forcefully because the company does not dare do anything to them. Despite having only average abilities, they can rise through the ranks quickly simply because they are “connected to company managers.”

6. The average age at the company is high, so there is not much of a youthful atmosphere. People often use currently popular expressions, but their colleagues almost never understand them…
