Pros

The work environment is clean and beautiful, making people think you work somewhere very upscale and must earn a lot—but in reality, you don't.

Cons

The workplace atmosphere is terrible. They like to bully newcomers, and their way of training new employees is to humiliate them in public. The mental pressure is excessive.

Pros

Everything is only superficially good. After joining, they deliberately create an atmosphere where everyone seems nice and go out of their way to make you feel that the benefits are excellent.

The most positive thing is probably the upscale image cultivated by the stores. Unfortunately, however, the people inside are all luxury-goods sales associates who consider themselves high-class but are nowhere near that level. Although you do not need to purchase other items to buy kitchenware, in practice it is still a place where people are treated differently based on who they are.

Cons

Once the honeymoon period is over, some supervisors’ seniority-based attitudes become very apparent, and they use extremely unpleasant tactics to carry out collective bullying. The things they say they will teach are explained only superficially, after which you are expected to figure everything out yourself…

If you have no background or connections, you are an easy target here and will be bullied. In the end, they say that new employees are too sensitive and that they can never find the right person, without ever reflecting on whether their own approach to training newcomers is the problem.

The benefits package is not nearly as good as described during the interview, and the rules keep changing.
