Pros
The work environment is clean and beautiful, making people think you work somewhere very upscale and must earn a lot—but in reality, you don't.
Cons
The workplace atmosphere is terrible. They like to bully newcomers, and their way of training new employees is to humiliate them in public. The mental pressure is excessive.
