Pros

Allows the elderly, weak, women, and children to still have a meal.

Cons

1. Specializes in exploiting cheap labor from factories employing the elderly, weak, women, and children.

2. The better your abilities, the more menial labor they assign to you; the extensive manual labor does not match the job description.

3. They like pitiful people who curry favor with them.

4. Spreads its harm from Xinzhuang to Sanchong.

Pros

"The receptionist decides whether you are allowed to interview with the manager"

1. Several applicants were visible as soon as I entered (a group interview invitation).

There was no reception area or meeting room; we had to find a seat ourselves to fill out the forms.

2. While filling them out, I could hear employees flattering one another. We also had to complete verbal and cognitive tests unrelated to the job.

3. The receptionist graded your test on the spot and screened you herself. It made no sense.

4. Next, they took us to a showroom for their products, introduced them, and then conducted the interview.

5. They asked questions but did not explain the job. When I asked her to give a general introduction to the company, she dodged the question; when I asked about the policies, she knew nothing.

6. I was fortunate enough to see the production line; the equipment was outdated.

7. This is a sunset industry

Cons

1. Sunset industry

2. Outdated production equipment

3. Disrespectful toward interviewees

4. Strange tests during the interview

5. They expect you to ask questions, but when you do, they do not answer; the company’s policies clearly have problems.

6. Fortunately, I deliberately completed the test slowly and was able to learn some information from the employees’ conversation.

7. Office politics and a culture of sycophancy. I mention this because it has reached an advanced, deeply entrenched stage.

8. No bonuses at the three traditional festivals and no parking space for scooters.

9. Throughout the interview, they repeatedly asked questions beyond the scope of the position in order to push the salary down.

10. The salary they offered was basically the legal minimum hourly wage, at most with an additional allowance of around one hundred.

Halfway through the interview with HR, a woman suddenly barged in, sat down, glanced over your information, and then made you an offer. When you felt the offer was pitifully low, she only said one sentence: “You think it’s too little? Wait for notification.” Then it ended. The most impolite interviewer I’ve ever encountered.

Pros

All I can say is that it probably won't go under.

Cons

Policies change from day to day.

A bunch of stupid, brainless policies.

And there's also the boss's wife, who has the worst management skills of all.

Yet “she” insists on meddling in everything.

She wants employees who are perfect and never make mistakes,

but she won't pay you a very high salary.

If you come here, you can keep making new friends,

because the turnover rate is extremely high.

In the first half of 2025, HR proactively sent me an invitation asking me to call to arrange an interview time.

After I called, they spent a long time confirming my relevant background, then said that only candidates with experience serving as a manager or applying for ISO certification would qualify for the position. They directly rejected me on the spot, saying that I did not meet the requirements. It was extremely rude.

Then what was the point of sending me a message asking me to call back proactively?

They could not even figure out what kind of person they were looking for, wasting the job seeker's time and phone charges.

Interview conclusion: They will lowball your salary and talk in circles to tell you that overtime is not paid.

It is normal to be tested on your professional skills during an interview, but the questions went beyond the professional scope of the position you applied for. If you could not answer, they would tell you that your expertise was insufficient and use that to lower your salary. (The interviewer could clearly determine from the applicant’s résumé whether they met the company’s requirements.)

My personal experience of the interview was extremely poor. They acted as though we were the ones asking them for the job. They did not explain the job responsibilities or even give a general introduction to the company. The interviewer did not feel like they were there to interview me, but rather to negotiate with me. It felt as though they simply wanted an employee who was both cheap and highly capable.

They couldn't even schedule an interview, replying that you could come anytime for an interview (as if interviewing for an operator position @@); there was absolutely no system or organization.

Pros

Some colleagues within certain departments get along extremely well. The proportion of women in the company is far higher than that of men. A new team rotates in every month. The company exports internationally, with “ideals” above all else.

Cons

The company prefers employees who do not complain, discuss issues, take leave, expect holiday bonuses, or ask for benefits; who do not want overtime pay; who are punished but never rewarded; who do not listen to advice; who rely on empiricism; and who put salary above all else.

When there is a problem, the approach is not to find a solution, but to hold aimless meetings after work. The main speaker has absolute authority; all you need to do is quietly listen to “her” finish speaking and nod in agreement. She often casually says things like: “Everyone is doing great; keep working hard. We’ll build a new office building in the future.” Behind this seemingly beautiful facade is a sunset industry, manual tools, outdated equipment, and extremely poor quality. In reality, the company is gradually shrinking, has no systems at all, and anyone who does not cooperate with overtime gets “beheaded.” It is a war-torn world where yin is flourishing and yang is declining. Expressing an opinion too honestly is treated as ideological incompatibility. A pay raise remains a distant prospect; even “正式員工” with more than five years of service still earn only the minimum wage. In this ever-changing environment, personnel turnover is extremely rapid.

Company policies change constantly. The boss’s wife frequently calls meetings with the management team, causing delays to the original work schedule. Every day, we leave at least half an hour later than the scheduled end of the workday, yet we are still criticized for leaving too early, while employees are not allowed to apply for overtime pay.

No advantages

Cons

The team leader is emotional and likes to scold people indiscriminately, always shouting and raising their voice. They always speak aggressively. It is purely a labor-intensive company with no benefits to speak of.
