1. There is quite a lot to do, so you may need to know how to manage your time well.

Long break times~Humane management~Senior employees and foreign workers are incredibly capable. I still can't do it, so I just watch them use teleportation to work; my feet hurt from walking because I don't have this skill yet~Senior employees take great care of newcomers~They even try to retain you after you resign~The salary structure is above average, better than 14 months' pay~

The interview is difficult, with lots of vocabulary to be tested~2 idioms~The HR staff are pretty nice and don't make things too difficult~

The break times are too long~I want to learn the work-related things~Because the machines run 24 hours a day, people on break have to rotate~Product posting is very complicated (in the end, I felt I couldn't learn it, so I resigned on my own~ Work starts at 7:10~After the shift handover, you can't leave until 7:20~The job requires standing for long periods~On W1, you may occasionally need to carry heavy objects; the heaviest weigh 50–60 kg

Acquired by GlobalWafers a few years ago. Besides base salary, overtime, and other labor income, quarterly bonuses, Welfare Committee spring and autumn travel allowances, and annual profit-sharing are considered better than some, though not the best.

1. HR (Wang) was really great.

2. HR (Wang) was professional and courteous, communicated clearly, and her lively personality came through during the interview.

3. A senior member of the department described the job responsibilities in considerable detail during the interview and was very candid about the working conditions, without deliberately portraying reality in a better light.

4. The building security guards were also very friendly.

At first, I thought a foreign company should be pretty good.

It turned out to be foreign on the outside, but Taiwanese at its core.

I applied for a position as a mover, but the pay was only 21,000, before labor and health insurance deductions. After I heard that, HR even asked me to think it over...

Maybe they also know it's fucking low. No matter how simple the job is, they shouldn't be offering only 21,000.

You might as well look for a part-time job instead... Really not recommended. You'd better choose carefully.
