Pros
Acquired by GlobalWafers a few years ago. Besides base salary, overtime, and other labor income, quarterly bonuses, Welfare Committee spring and autumn travel allowances, and annual profit-sharing are considered better than some, though not the best.

Rigid systems
Daily rules regulate every little detail
Too many old-timers just waiting to retire and doing nothing
