The interviewer was very professional, polite, and thorough in explaining the plants and introducing the company's future direction.
For the second interview, I had to prepare a whole bunch of things:
1) Two presentations (3–5 minutes each): one introducing the company's products based on the available information, and one introducing something I am good at (such as TV dramas, movies, etc.)
2) An Excel test: functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts
3) A test on Zhenghang

4. The boss is from Yunlin. I once asked why the factory was not moved to Kaohsiung or somewhere else, and the boss said:
Because there are few job opportunities in Yunlin, working at the company is like making it a lifelong career. He hopes that employees who come to work at the company can stay until retirement, which made me feel that it is a good company that genuinely cares about its employees.
