1. The products are specialized, so someone needs to train you. The person doing the training may not want to repeat it and will ask you to wait until other new hires start so they can train everyone together.
2. You are given only one week to learn. If you cannot learn everything, you are out.
3. It is recommended that you do not leave your current job to join this company; look for something better elsewhere.
