The base salary is very low—so low that I was stunned. If you have plenty of time and don't mind, you can give the interview a try.

The sales department manager always requires employees who have submitted their resignations to wait until a replacement is found before leaving. If no replacement is found, they are expected to continue cooperating until one is found. The turnover rate is extremely high.
