Pros
The bonuses/red envelopes given during Lunar New Year and other holidays are fairly decent.
Cons
The sales department manager always requires employees who have submitted their resignations to wait until a replacement is found before leaving. If no replacement is found, they are expected to continue cooperating until one is found. The turnover rate is extremely high.
