Read the community guidelinesThe environment is bright and clean.
That is the biggest—and only—advantage.
The actual job responsibilities differed considerably from what was explained during the interview. Internal management and constantly changing communication methods and content also significantly restricted the progress of work.
Within the department, policies could change repeatedly—up to three times in a single day.
During my tenure, I witnessed the chairman scold employees while the supervisor stood by indifferently. Some of the supervisor’s communication methods were also filled with threatening implications, making subordinates feel emotionally manipulated. In addition to the work itself, considerable effort had to be spent dealing with internal communication and emotional stress.
Personnel changes were quite frequent, and the turnover rate was extremely high, affecting work handovers and team stability. Overall, the experience left me with reservations about the management culture. I recommend that prospective applicants fully understand the reasons for the frequent departures, the supervisor’s management style, and the actual working environment, and carefully evaluate the opportunity.

The pitfalls are deep and the waters run deep. Quite a few senior professional managers and executives have changed positions this year; the management team has been replaced, and the company cannot retain its people!
The company provides a vending machine stocked with employee benefits. Whenever it’s restocked, a whole bunch of employees put down their work and line up to grab things before they’re gone—so much fun~~
The announcement (gossip) system is extremely well developed. Before the company has even officially announced anything, it has already spread to everyone. Very efficient...
Colleagues who have a smoking habit are in luck: happily smoke, chat about gossip, and enjoy being paid to slack off~~
The headquarters’ bidet toilet makes you sit down and never want to get back up.
The stores are the most important; no matter how stupidly or repeatedly you act, you can always be forgiven.
If you have a problem, the boss has your back. If there’s a dispute, someone will help you fight it—sue the other party into the ground.
You don’t really need to use your brain to work here. Just do what those before you said to do!! If your supervisor tells you to do something, do it!! If you make a mistake, blame it on upper management!!
If you have a reason for going out on business during work hours, you can disappear all day without a trace. So happy~~
Posts have to be liked, commented on, and shared—and you also have to turn on the little Doraemon~~
There are so many advantages that listing them all would take forever.
Can't really think of any.
There's not much that can be changed, because it can't really be changed... Corporate culture and leadership are closely intertwined!!

They only know how to follow trends and make a quick buck, with no professional competence whatsoever
The environment is filthy and food safety is a concern (28 years of beverage experience? Ha!)
The office atmosphere is poor; doing unpaid work is the norm
Whoever is the boss’s favorite can make all the decisions across departments
The boss is self-important and treats giving you a job as charity
You can broaden your horizons, watch a soap opera play out right before your eyes, practice projecting your voice, and strengthen your palace-intrigue skills.
My formidable friend, while venting about quitting, told me that the Tudigong deity this company worships must be very powerful. You could even take some incense ash home and pray for unexpected financial luck.
Seeing that another position has been posted, my formidable friend decided to explain things. Anyone considering joining should think it over carefully.
Company culture: the boss only values the favored department, which has led its people to spend all day yelling at Department XX. When they are in a bad mood, they curse a few times to relax. The favored department can also directly dump work they do not want to do on others as a way to relieve stress.
The mid-level managers in Department XX are notorious in the industry for slacking off and do not want to manage anything. When problems arise, they cannot coordinate and have no solutions; they only tell you to be a little more patient. Their various lazy, half-baked tricks make you want to praise them with, "You’ve really got some nerve."
The boss’s divine logic lets him make himself sound very generous, but once you put it under the “cons” section, you understand what it really means...
There are also people on the R&D team without relevant academic backgrounds pretending to know what they are talking about. Their only reason for shooting things down is three words: “I don’t like it.” Ask for more details and they cannot explain, yet they mock you for not understanding.
The marketing staff got a project into the news and now think they can reach into other departments and throw their weight around.
As someone commented earlier, “Respect is hard to come by at this company, and they are always trying to ride the latest trends.” I really couldn’t agree more.
There are also things like writing group birthday cards or putting on a staged birthday-surprise party for the boss. I will say no more about these kinds of common, phony displays.

The company atmosphere is dull, and the benefits are poor
The company cannot retain employees; people leave every month
The managers lack ability, and there is no room for development
There are often drinks (test products) available to try.
It seems difficult to retain good employees because “respect” is hard to find here. They are always trying to jump on trends to make a profit, so many initiatives are started and then abandoned. You can tell a company’s culture by looking at its boss; be sure to take media reports found online with a grain of salt.

They’re constantly looking for people, yet they don’t respond to submitted résumés!!!! It’s useless~ Judging by this kind of management system... I’d infer that other aspects of management are problematic too~ Are they exploitative bosses? Or are they spoiled by the boss... Whatever~ It’s probably for the best that they didn’t respond~ It’s better not to join a company that doesn’t improve its management.
