Read the community guidelinesThe seats are quite spacious.
There are too many, so I won’t list them all.
You should be able to see the problems with this company just from its turnover rate, right?
And then they blame the high turnover rate on the pandemic.
But didn’t the pandemic make everyone even more afraid to quit?
The colleagues in the department are quite easy to get along with.
1. The benefits on 104 should be taken for reference only.
2. The company does not respect the Accounting Department. The HR manager thinks that because they have studied introductory accounting, they can do a better job than the accounting staff.
3. The company handled the system implementation very poorly, and MIS was not proactive either, resulting in numerous system errors. In the end, Accounting had to clean up the mess.

The accounting and finance manager position was advertised once at the beginning of last year, then posted again in the middle of last year, and is now being advertised again at the beginning of this year. It has already been recruited for three times within one year. It feels like each person only stays for a few months. Is there some issue with the company’s senior management or internally that is causing such a high turnover rate among accounting and finance managers?
There’s free Wi-Fi, and the small interview room feels very private.
I’ve included my responses below~
There’s no reception desk at the entrance, so when I went in, I was completely confused about what to do?
Things were going well, but then a boss’s friend suddenly parachuted in (apparently someone who had previously worked alongside Robert尹衍樑) and shut down the entire branch office, leaving the employees suddenly unemployed. The head office is also incredibly disorganized—a great place to coast until retirement, but you won’t learn much. No one seems to care when light bulbs burn out, and nothing is done to improve things.
Remember, even the person at the top of accounting has to take medication for depression. HR’s behavior is also astonishing: they established a system where you have to register to receive toilet paper.
All in all, if you’re thinking of joining this company, watch out—you could suddenly be laid off, have someone parachuted in, or end up in a place where people simply coast until retirement.
