Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues seem like nice people.
The salary isn't just on the low side—it's extremely low. And they expect you to do everything. The manager said during the interview that the company has been making a lot of money in recent years, but with pay like this, I think only monkeys would come to work here.
1. Performance bonuses
2. Colleagues are easy to get along with
I. Salary
1. Low salary
2. Asking for a raise will result in belittling of your character and abilities
3. Performance bonuses are paid according to the boss’s mood, with no fixed payment date
4. Salary adjustments are small and lack transparency
II. Management
1. Managers lack management skills and professional expertise
2. Employees are often threatened by upper management
3. Managers do not provide training for frontline employees; you have to figure things out and learn on your own
4. Work is distributed unevenly
5. If a manager dislikes you, they will spread rumors and badmouth you everywhere
6. A bunch of consultants were hired to manage the management level
7. Managers do not do anything substantive each day; they basically leave their computers on while chatting with others or make extension calls to have personal conversations with colleagues
8. They excessively tolerate certain incapable employees to satisfy their own sense of superiority, making everyone participate in playing house
III. Other
1. Work procedures are not transparent, leading to cross-departmental communication conflicts
2. Workplace bullying occurs repeatedly, and reports made to higher-ups are covered up
3. The boss places great importance on overtime; every month, employees must work overtime to put on an appearance
4. Regardless of whether public relations events are handled well, they are frequently reviewed and criticized by the boss in meetings
Summary: A “happy company” with five-star reviews
The employees are easy to get along with, and there are many small perks.
01. Low salary
02. Internal information is disorganized, with no clear goals, uneven division of labor, and too much software that people don't know how to use. Leadership skills need improvement.
03. When opinions differ, you are said to lack ability.
The warehouse team leader is a very nice person, and all the benefits you would expect are provided. Overtime pay can be claimed.
The team leader is very nice. I didn't expect that, after only being here for a month, two people would have left recently. The reason was that they failed the probationary period twice, and the final interview was with the vice president. It gave people the feeling that you were completely dispensable. The pay isn't high, and there is little room for advancement. It's suitable for people seeking stability.
There are quite a lot of holidays, if you dare to take them…
In order grouping, the work content is extensive and miscellaneous. During working hours, you mostly deal with unexpected situations, and can only process orders after work, but there is no overtime pay.
The interviewer was pretty nice, and they tested my attention to detail. The company offers quite a lot of benefits.
The salary is not high.
