I have also worked for over 20 years and have served as a supervisor. If a subordinate makes a mistake, the supervisor should first consider whether they failed to explain things clearly, rather than simply assuming that the subordinate should have known to prepare in advance. In that conversation, the other person had the opposite mindset. After hearing just a few sentences, I no longer wanted to continue the conversation. If someone like this can remain in the company, it clearly indicates that there are serious problems with the company’s system.
The interview was easy; it felt like I spoke terribly, yet I still got the job.
You have to remember everything immediately. Even if you can't hear clearly, you have to make sure you hear it clearly, otherwise you'll get severely scolded. After working for just a few days, you're expected to be like someone who has worked there for a year. You even have to remember where the shoes are placed; if you take more than a minute to find something, you'll get scolded. Introverted people would die working here. The store manager kept telling you to talk, talk, talk—to talk to customers. You absolutely have to talk! On the day of the interview, I already felt that I wasn't compatible with the store manager. On the first day of actually working together, um... we really weren't compatible. Being criticized by the store manager, and having to work on the same day as her, was excruciatingly~~~~ painful. I only worked there for two weeks, but it felt like I'd worked with her for 20 years. It was emotionally exhausting.

The senior executive in the second-round interview said that they had become a manager after developing their career at this company for only a few years. Their display of authority was intimidating.

During the interview, they asked very detailed questions and gave very detailed answers. They were straightforward, and the benefits were also quite good.

The design manager in the interview was extremely impolite, which made me uncomfortable. In contrast, the HR staff in the second stage had a very positive attitude.
