This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelinesFlexible working hours; almost everyone leaves punctually as soon as the workday ends.
1. Within the company, some people can be busy all day while others manage to slack off amid their work (for example, happily browsing online shopping sites during work hours).
2. Fabricating data is also fairly common (for example, an event organizer might even create fake accounts to leave comments promoting themselves and take event prizes—quite proudly, too).
3. A lack of respect for professionalism.

(There are too many awful incidents to give examples of; any random one would be terribly problematic, and I can't be bothered to elaborate.)
Think twice before joining the company. That's simply the level of some colleagues; consider it carefully for yourself.
Work is very flexible, and you can dress however you want.
The company has no money, so many things cannot be done.
Every time we go back to headquarters for meetings, we hear about what the company wants to do and spend a lot of time in meetings, but often nothing comes of it because there is no money. I’ve also heard that colleagues at headquarters have had their salaries paid late.
Also, I really don’t know what the e-commerce team is doing. They often have to transfer inventory from physical stores, which makes it seem like there are many problems with the system.
I’ve heard customers complain about the official website.
Although some of the store supervisors themselves also seem not to know what they’re doing, hiding in the stockroom to rest for no apparent reason.
I seriously think you should think twice before joining this company. I’m grateful that I left.
You can wear whatever uniform you like, and you can eat—no one will mind.
They would rather spend money opening stores, then close them, reopen them, and close them again. I don't understand why the company wastes money, only to turn around and tell the employees below that the company is losing money. If that's the case, they shouldn't have opened the stores in the first place.
This company
The company’s upper management keeps holding meaningless meetings. Even after everyone protested and asked them to stop opening stores, the person at the very top still chose to open stores. So I also don’t understand why they continue to hold meetings to seek everyone’s opinions.
As for employee wages, they really aren't paid on time, which leaves everyone feeling anxious.
The company culture is relaxed, dress is casual, no one will bother you about doing anything during work hours, and you can bring pets to work.
The company does not pay salaries on time! The higher-ups really like holding meetings—once they start, they last five or six hours. The pace of work is slow and there is a lack of SOPs.
