Flexible working hours; almost everyone leaves punctually as soon as the workday ends.
1. Within the company, some people can be busy all day while others manage to slack off amid their work (for example, happily browsing online shopping sites during work hours).
2. Fabricating data is also fairly common (for example, an event organizer might even create fake accounts to leave comments promoting themselves and take event prizes—quite proudly, too).
3. A lack of respect for professionalism.

Think twice before joining the company. That's simply the level of some colleagues; consider it carefully for yourself.
