Read the community guidelinesHR asks for a lot of documents to use in salary evaluation. But the actual salary and job level have little to do with the information you provide.
If half of the people in the unit you’re joining are newcomers (there for less than six months), I advise you to get out quickly.
The security guard uncle at the Zhonglun Building is very kind.
The HR staff were quite unprofessional. During the first round of interviews for the MA position, they played games and scolded us as if we were children. They even said something like, “If you don’t shut up, the whole group will fail.” I almost thought I was attending a university freshman orientation camp.....
They would occasionally make sarcastic remarks about you during the interview. Of course, there are also good HR staff, but a bad apple always leaves a lasting impression.
For newcomers to the financial industry, joining Bank SinoPac as a personal banking officer is a pretty good option.
There are no performance requirements for the first six months.
The training is also quite comprehensive.
In my opinion, it’s genuinely pretty good for newcomers.
But as you get older, you’ll really feel that Bank SinoPac’s bonus allocations can’t compete with those of other banks in the industry.
At that point, you can switch jobs.
Do not come to this sweatshop under any circumstances—it is flagrantly breaking the law, and you never know what might happen to you.
- The cost of company uniforms is deducted directly from employees’ salaries, which is completely illegal.
- Employees are required to clock out after working eight hours for the day, but are actually still working overtime in the office, which is completely illegal.
- The company requires employees to take annual leave, but when they actually resign, the time is deducted from their salaries as personal leave, which is completely illegal.
- When requesting sick leave, employees are required to apply for annual leave instead, which is completely illegal.
SinoPac Financial Leasing’s HR is extremely unprofessional. Before the initial interview had even progressed to discussing an offer, they contacted my current workplace and made inquiries, causing the entire company to find out that I wanted to change jobs. After making those inquiries, they still lacked the ability to make a better offer to lure me away. It was completely a prank! Friends considering applying, please think twice~
